The Resilient Life Integrative Health Center (The RELIHC) is a licensed doctoral-level integrative psychology practice providing comprehensive mental health services across the lifespan. We offer individual, family, and couples therapy, group therapy, psychological assessments, and medication management. Our approach is evidence-based and eclectic to fit you, grounded primarily in Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT)—the first of the Cognitive Behavioral Therapies—to address the emotional processes that shape thoughts and behaviors. We work within a biopsychosocial-spiritual framework to restore balance across mind, body, and spirit, helping individuals build resilience, improve functioning, and achieve lasting psychological well-being.
